Yes! Our products are stocked in multiple independent retailers. To enquire about wholesale orders, please contact us.

When will my order arrive?

Ar hyn o bryd, nid oes opsiwn ar y wefan hon i gyfieithu popeth i'r Gymraeg. Y rheswm yw bod salwch gwanychol Eleri yn cyfyngu ar faint o amser ac ymdrech y gall ei rhoi i mewn i weithgareddau o ddydd i ddydd, felly mae’n gorfod blaenoriaethu pacio archebion, creu dyluniadau newydd a gweithgareddau nad ydynt yn ymwneud â gwaith. Rydym yn gweithio ar ateb i hyn ond bydd yn cymryd ychydig o amser, felly byddwch yn amyneddgar gyda ni. Yn y cyfamser, rydym wedi cynnwys adrannau penodol sy'n cynnwys cynnyrch Cymraeg ac wedi ceisio cynnwys yr iaith gymaint ag y gallwn yn y meysydd hyn, ochr yn ochr â’r Saesneg i wneud cynhyrchion Cymraeg yn hygyrch i bawb.

Do you do custom orders?

I have made custom orders in the past and loved it. Unfortunately I am currently unable to take any on. I hope to change this in the future, so keep an eye out!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! But please do bear in mind that international orders can take a bit of time, so if you’re purchasing a gift or card please make sure you order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment!

Who runs Eleri Haf Designs?

Eleri Haf Designs is run by Eleri and her husband Lee. We do everything ourselves and we value every single order we receive from our lovely customers!

How sustainable is Eleri Haf Designs?

We are constantly looking for ways of making our business more sustainable. We use compostable bags on our cards (and we are looking at better options for this as well), many of our notepads are made from recycled paper, our tote bags are fair trade certified and all paper used is FSC certified. We are looking at even more ways of reducing our carbon footprint and are now experimenting with 100% vegan paints!

Where are you based?

We are based in Ammanford in West Wales. All products are produced in the UK, many in our very own home!
